This is Option buying strategy on BankNIFTY. This strategy can be automated with three Brokers i.e. Aliceblue, Mastertrust and IIFL for now, as and when we integrate other brokers will update you all.
The strategy has StopLoss and Trailing StopLoss built-in.
Strategy: Option Long Mini is complete momentum based strategy bot, where signal gets generated if market is trending. The strategy has built in Stop Loss and Trailing Stop Loss. The strategy shall generates maximum of 8 to 10 trades in a month. This is a fully automated Strategy BOT, there is no action required from a Traders end, once you deploy the strategy successfully you are all set to trade on this Automated Strategy. The Strategy generates signal if market is trending up as well as when market is falling down. Positions shall be taken on either Call Buy (When BankNifty Index is moving upward) or Put Buy (when BankNifty Index is falling down).
Signal shall not generate after 2:36 PM
Margin:
The Call or Put premium price ranges between Rs.450 to Rs.700 hence generally it is ATM or ITM strike prices. Maximum margin requirement is Rs. 15,000/-
Target and SL Logic:
Stoploss is 2500/- of the premium price and TSL gets activated by 5%. However TSL is always on candle closure. There is additional price point TSL, which gets activated on absolute price point of Rs. 2000/-. If the profit touches Rs 2000/- then SL comes to Zero. The additional price point TSL also moves with each Rs. 1000 move towards direction. If before touching target profit reached Rs 3000/- then TSL comes to Rs. 1000/- (Profit) Target is generally at 40% of the premium price (During les volatile market). However during volatile market it is restricted at Rs. 3500/ -.
Please note: We might change the Target based on market condition, however it shall never go above 40% of the premium price and shall not go below Rs 3,500/-.
